We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this complex, the apartment was clean, everything worked and the view was amazing. The bedding was a bit outdated, sheets that were too small for the bed and just a single cover which was not sufficient as its chilly at night in November. There was a smashing heated indoor pool & spa which we used daily, the staff in the office were very helpful and the location was excellent as there were bars and restaurants within minutes of the apartment.
Could recommend this compex but make sure you ask for 4th floor up so that you get the sun as not all the floors do.

Room Tip: 4th floor and above

Stayed here for 5 nights in September from 14th til the 19th!
It was slightly difficult getting the keys in the early hours as the number for concierge was a spanish man who didn't speak english at all so we went to the bar on the front (78 sabores and copas) and asked the lady to call for us, she was very helpful! Apart from the office which is almost like a travel agent open during business hours, there's no reception type place to go for queries etc.
The apartment we had wasn't what we expected from looking at the pictures.. we were quite disappointed but it was clean, tidy and fully equipped although our shower wasn't the best.
It is extremely dated but we weren't in there much so didn't bother us!
Also, for aircon it's 30€ per week!
The pool was really well maintained and there was always sun loungers but then the whole of calpe seemed quiet at this time of year so maybe that's why!
Our flight transfer wasn't until about 8pm back to the airport so we checked in the 'office' as to where we could leave our bags and a lady with curly brown hair (didn't catch her name) said we could stay in our room as it wasn't being used after us... again it was so quiet so wasn't surprised! Great customer service, very very friendly and approachable!
There wasn't much nightlife at all and for that reason, wouldn't be back to Calpe in general!
Nice little getaway, weather was lovely but went off cold in the evenings!

Stayed on 3rd floor of block 5 in 2 bed for 2 weeks. This block is furthest from sea but there are still ok views. Block 1 nearest sea & is the one that is featured on ads.
Apartment was quite dated re furniture, style, etc. But still comfortable & a decent size with 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, sitting room & good balcony. Also mini balcony off kitchen (with washing machine & electrical socket outside!) & also balcony off one bedroom.
Block 5 seemed to have a lot of permanent residents. We had a dog barking regularly underneath us. Lack of hot water with insufficient for 4 showers in evening.
Swimming pool good size with plenty of loungers. Also kept very clean with excellent lifeguard on duty 10am to 8 pm.
Location is perfect - on the beach - front line. Plenty of average quality restaurants within a minutes walk. Try Calpe town or marina for better & less expensive restaurants.
Managed by Calpe Rent Apartment who have an office on site, manned during normal business hours & weekends. They are very helpful & multilingual.
Lifts are old but serviceable - block built in circa 1985.
Watch out for large seagulls who will steal your lunch off balcony table.

The apartment we stayed in was located on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the sea, beach, promonade and Ifach. Decent quality although slightly dated accommodation with wonderfully large balcony. Everything we required was provided. Use of heated indoor pool a plus as it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. Very pleasant stay, recommend.

There was no heat in our apartment. Very cold first night. Next day they provided us with a gas oven. This i not a good solution when you are sightseeing all day. Then you come home to a cold apartment and have to wait for the heat to come. The only luxory in our apartment was 2 big balconys. We were there in february. The apartment is ok to rent in summer.
