We stayed at the Medstar Villa in August 2017 a family of 19 Adults and Children spread over the three houses. We had an enjoyable stay but I wanted to comment on some things that I hope the owner Roy will take as constructive criticism and not as a negative. Upon our Arrival we waited around 20 mins outside the villa, as the woman who was supposed to meet us was late, not a good start in the scorching heat. The Villa looks lovely from the outside and the Pool area looks great from first glance. The Accommodation is Very, Very basic though, the furniture is very dated and not in the best condition in some areas, it could really do with a makeover. The big Red dated bed in one of the main bedrooms really does need replacing Roy it’s very embarrassing but did make us laugh…….We believe that this villa has been rented out in the past to stags and hens and not been treated very well and unfortunately this shows in some areas. When accommodating 19 people you would expect there to be enough items in the Kitchen areas etc to accommodate you all. We were constantly scrambling between the three houses for basic things such as glasses, cups, cutlery, pans etc. I know most people might be eating out away from the villa but we had little children so was not always the case for us. Two of the three washing machines at the villa were not working which was quite annoying especially when you only get one set of bedding for each bed and one set of towels for each individual, granted Steve did arrange for one of the washing machines to be replaced as soon as we reported it but it was obvious it wasn’t working so not sure why it hadn’t been replaced sooner. We had problems with air conditioning failing in one of the houses and had to contact Steve the maintenance bloke a couple of times. We also had a couple of power cuts, granted one of them was to do with the weather but not the other times, not sure what caused those. Outside space as I said looks good at first glance, upon further viewing there are many cracked tiles around the pool area that can be a problem when walking around in bare feet. No Parasols for sunbeds, sunbeds are rigid and have no facility to sit up so can be quite uncomfortable. Pool table is in a poor state, when we arrived there was not even any balls for the table. Table Tennis table again is in a poor state. On a positive note the Taxi service is very quick, costs between 7 and 10 euros each way into Benidorm. A Lovely Chinese Restaurant 10 min walking distance with all you can eat and drink for around 13 euros. Aldi around 10 min walk away. Steve the maintenance man who looks after the pool and other things is fantastic Sadly we wouldn’t return to this villa in it’s current state but if improvements where made then yes we would be happy to.
Came home friday 4th aug after staying in this villa for a week as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. I cannot pick one fault, spotlessy clean and a large villa with ample room outside also. Pool was a good size my children were hardly out of it!air conditioning went of through the night one evening as did most of Benidorm due to the heatwave, Steve was at the villa within an hour of phoning to reset it and was very helpful each time he came to clean the pool etc.kfc and burger king at the end of the road and a garage and aldi all within a short walking distance which was handy as a taxi is your best option if you do want to go into Benidorm. I will definitely return to any of the 3 villas that roy owns, found ourselves a little gem!!
Just arrived back from a wonderful week in this villa. Couldn't recommend it enough it has everything you could wish for. We were a family of 9 and had plenty of space for all, inside was clean and cool and beautifully furnished. The pool was amazing, steve was on hand for any info needed. Kfc and Burger King on doorstep. Taxis has recommended were good we had to have 3 but that was fine. We will definitely return. Thankyou roy for letting us rent your beautiful villa.
Stayed at this villa last September 16 with a few friends.

Hot tub was brill also!
Will be back again!
Lynroys is an absolutely lovely villa. My friend's mum booked and 7 of us stayed with her. In an idyllic location not far from Aldi where you can get food shopping to cater for your stay, and a short cab ride to old and new town. Rooms was clean and tidy and very practical and more than enough space for 7 that we wasn't on top of one and other,. The pool area was clean and tidy and perfect for sunbathing
