Central hotel within walking distance of all major sites, generally 15/20 minutes. Although the rooms are basic they are well equipped with everything you need. The staff here are very friendly and the hotel has a comprehensive breakfast. The rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisy during the night.

Room Tip: Choose a room that is not on the main road

Stayed with my family - great hotel - rooms are great, breakfast, the location close to all attractions in Madrid , we walked to all attractions in restaurants without the need for public transportation - recommended

The location of this hotel is just about the only good thing about it. You can walk to markets and restaurants! That's where the good ends. This place shouldn't be called a hotel. I've stayed in hostels nicer than this. The rooms felt like dorm rooms. The staged pictures they posted DO NOT represent the run-of-the-mill room you will get. The pillows were nice though. My mother had her iPad stolen from the room and the front desk were about as helpful as an Olive Garden hostess.

The bathroom was all sorts of gross - very rundown and the shower head was in such a weird position that it would constantly spray the ENTIRE bathroom. It had really great water pressure though.

I had my Do Not Disturb sign up the whole time I stayed there (4 days), as I felt like I couldn't trust the staff.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else :)

In Madrid for a 4 day Holiday. The Hotel look great from the pictures but it turned out to be a three star dump. The rooms were run down and dirty and a less than energetic staff. If I had a choice of staying here again or on the street I’d pick the street.

Great to be so close to everything nice clean rooms very comfortable and will definitely stay here again. Short walk to metro and the Plaza Mayor along with other great sites restaurants and bars, shuttle service to and from the airport also took the hassle out of the slog from the airport
