Do not book, was meant to stay in may and not only were my flights cancelled but the hotel was CLOSED was refused refund and after sending 10 emails and receiving no response and calling numerous times I was told “top of the queue to be looked at” I have been top of the queue since the 1st May!! No one has called me or even acknowledged me,
Worse service ever received! they didn’t care and if I called up was just told can’t help your top of the Queue! I would hate to be at the bottom of this Queue
Don’t touch Meliá clearly on the edge of going bust save your money and hassle and book with anyone else!!!!
AVOID, and don’t ring customer service!!!!
