Great choice of hotel, location was perfect for all the main sights, the Prado is only 15 mins walk away, stacks of bars and restaurants nearby offering fantastic choice at all levels of quality and price. The staff are a credit to the management and could not have more helpful. We travelled to the hotel from the airport just moments after Spain won the Euro Championship beating Italy 4-0 and the city was alive meaning we were delayed in reaching the hotel, there was also a slight trauma with our booking caused by a ' computer error ' however the matter was very calmly dealt with by Carlos on reception, our thanks to him. The hotel is modern in style which we liked and the room we had on the top floor was very spacious and comfortable including a good sized bathroom and dressing area. One comment I would make is the piped music in the public areas on the ground floor which is sort of chilled Ibiza is a bit much, felt I might be in the Bladerunner movie.
Great place to stay , full marks to all.

Great hotel with the staff that will aim to please. The breakfast was the best with fresh orange juice and a good selection to choose from.

This recently refurbished hotel ticks all the boxes for convenience, ammenities and service.

We hired multiple rooms for a multi day stay. One rooms was a superior room and the other was a loft style room on the top floor.

The superior room was generous enough to accommodate a lounge/sitting area, very comfortable king bed, good wardrobe space, and a bathroom featuring separate shower, separate bath with second shower, toilet , bidet and hand basin.

Madrid summer temperatures were hot during our stay. In the superior room, air conditioning needed to be constantly set to minimum temperatures to provide a comfortable atmosphere.

Our room was complete with mini bar, good flat screen TV, free WiFi Internet, security safe, espresso coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water which was replaced daily.

Concierge service was friendly, multi lingual, knowledgable, and attentive.

Breakfast was fairly comprehensive. In Spain my impression is that service is freely available, but you have to request it. No big deal once you get used to the custom.

Location was excellent for our needs which included outings and walks to all the iconic tourist sites, good tapas bars and restaurants.

We would definitely book this hotel again.

Booked hotel through TINGO at $300 night for a standard room that included breakfast (otherwise posted at 25EU pp on hotel site). Through TINGO, continued to get money back on our reservation ending up for a total of $460 for 2 nights room, tax, fees, breakfasts. Great value. Taxi from airport was 48EU - but once here, everything was within walking distance.

We booked a std room and were allowed early check-in at 10 am. The rooms are of various sizes but we went with an earlier post and requested an interior room facing the courtyard. We were in room 303 and found it to be a standard "American" size hotel room. Plenty of space and spacious bathroom with double amenities - Bulgari soaps, shampoos, etc. plus a tray of extra no brand amenities that included razors, toothpastes, shave gel, tissue, packs, bath sponge, shoe shine, shower caps. We were blown away by the extras. Also 2 fuzzy robes and slippers!

Also the staff was very helpful with every request. And they spoke english. Great visit - will definitely go back.

Requested an inside room and found it very quiet. Room was spacious .We had 3 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage and were able to stow them out of the way. Appreciated having tea and coffee available in the room and also available in a quiet area off the lobby. Hotel is located in an easy walk to the main shopping areas and two squares outside hotel has many dining options.
