Arrived into Madrid Spain after 20 hours of flying via Qatar airlines; Picked a shuttle van from inside airport to the center where hotel is located; Cost 20 euro's (taxi's price from 30 to 40 EURO's) Room prepared for check in @ 1030am. Security for hotel excellent with 3 security check points via camera before coming to the room you are staying. Room larger than most european rooms. Staff was there to give service, with a smile. Clean, great shower, In ROOM WIFI excellent; Hotel 3 minutes to train, and 3 minutes to restaurant.

Room Tip: Quiet small hotel with elevator;

We walked past the hotel without knowing it was a hotel. The street and the station smelt like urine. However, the room is modern and comfortable. The furniture and fittings look new and the bed is comfortable. There is free WIFI. We think that it's a bit overpriced. With the money that we paid, we could get a slightly better hotel in a less dodgy area.

This was my first experience staying in a hostel and traveling alone. I was not expecting the hostel to be in an apartment or have to call to get let into the building. After all that I had a good experience. The staff was helpful and spoke English. It was very close to the metro and other attractions in Madrid. If I ever go back to Madrid and need to stay in the center of the city I will stay here again.

Close to Tirso De Molino Metro Line 1 and walkable from Pl Mayor and Historic Madrid City Centre attractions, Analina Rooms is a hostel offering a fairly big basic room on 1st floor of a residential/commercial property with split a/c and free wifi but without 24hr room reception (contact and let them know your arrival time), English satellite channels, room service, restaurant/breakfast etc. The property is located in a not too busy by lane but could get quite noisy with partying tourists. The hotel could improve by providing some more basic amenities like soap dish in the shower cabinet , towel rods/hooks in the bathroom . Breakfasting/Eating out options close to the hotel are sufficient The hotel is also close to Casa Patas Restaurant featuring Flamenco shows which are highly recommended by some websites and whole sale Chinese shops (selling retail at higher prices) stocking mostly clothes and jewellery.

Room Tip: Choose if you won't stay in room too much

We found this a very good place to stay in Madrid: located at the Tirso Molino square (including Metro Station) and lots of bars and cafés close by (the hostal does not serve breakfast, but that's not necessary with all those good breakfast options in the area). Firm beds, clean rooms and super-friendly service - and all that in a wonderful old residence house. Perfect!
