We arrived at the hotel just for one night before we go home.
My father arrived one hour after due to storing our luggages at the airport. So we had to wait until he comes in order to finalize the check in process. Noting that we had our passports with us but not the credit card that made the reservations.
We gently asked the receptionist to give us one of the three rooms that we booked. Because my wife and her family and my baby were tired from the long journey we had but this was refused until my father and his credit card showed up.
However, it is worth to mention that the receptionist apologized for not giving us the room earlier and made the check in smoothly and arranged a shuttle bus for us the next day at 7 am and also arranged a specialized breakfast for us at 6 am where normal breakfast starts at 7 am.
The rooms are neat and nice, and the hotel is very close to the airport. So I recommend staying at this hotel if you have an early flight and you want to skip the city traffic.

Very good hotel close to city airport.

Service level is perfect. Free transfer from\to airport. There is private parking, but I am not sure, is it free, or not.

Big clean room, good bad, good breakfast.

City centre is available by metro, it is not so far from building. Also, there is a big shopping mall quite near.

Potentially a nice place, but attention to detail is missing. In order of annoyance
1. The shower was poor and you needed to stand upto the tap to get wet it was a trickle.
2. Towel was dirty
3. Breakfast was a car crash! Split into 3 self Serv areas. One had no plates, one had no cutlery. Tables were dirty and not cleared. Coffee machine broke so queues. And eggs were cold and hard.
4. Noise! Paper walls and doors means no chance of a lay in and woken when people leave for early flights.
5. Only 4 beds by the pool for such a big Place meant people came and left with their towels.

The only saving grace was the dinner, chefs pretty good and staff were excellent.

Maybe a 3 star until they look at the details

Love this Hotel! Modern and clean. best part is its convience to a metro station. just a 5 minute walk to El Capricho station which is also very clean easyly accessible and gets you directly to sMadrids most popular stations (Opera, Sol and grand via) with no need for connections.
The amenities in the hotel are excellent, super breakfast with reasonable prices.

The bed and the mattress were superb and we slept like babies! Room was clean and big enough for our one night stay.
Airport shuttle service was very convenient, we had to wait for it at Barajas for a bit, but on our departure from hotel it was right on time.
There are a couple of restaurants/bars in the neighborhood where we had a late afternoon snack and also a dinner.
All in all, everything was as advertised.

Room Tip: Good place, close to Barajas Airport
