My title says it all. Great Place. Great People. Great Location. Great Value. Thank you.
Thank you for a most enjoyable 4 nights.
Excellent staff.
Very well organised without being officious, tone of respect for each other.
Rooms spacious
High standards, cleaners especially.
Great communal space, excellent kitchen.
Great camaraderie encouraged by space and set up.
Safe, good mix of people.
We will be back.

Great location for eating and accessing the museums. Easy to find. One of the best hostels i have stayed at (there have been many) regarding information posted around the place regarding recommendations for food, day trips etc. Walking tour with harriet was really enjoable also. different activties each nice at the hostel seemed popular however we often did our own thing (usually eating...). had a twin with shared bathroom nice and close, never busy, always clean. Only issue was the noise-people get a bit rowdy in the common area and outside the main door (smokers gathere here at times). Unfortunately our rooms was right above here so we copped a fair bit of noise as the 12 midnight 'quiet time' wasnt enforcned one night, the other two were fine. and what do you expect really, its a hostel with lots of young peoe having a great time. Atll in all a professinal arrangnement.

Room Tip: Twin above receoption 1-7 can be a bit noisy, have earplugs at hand.

Was a great choice for a weekend in Madrid with 3 friends. We were all able to stay in the same room which was massive and had an ensuite bathroom. The hostel is really central, perfect for getting around the city and seeing all the sights.

The hostel provided free breakfast every morning - just cereal and toast but it was nice and more importantly free!! The hostel also ran a free city tour which was definitely worthwhile!

The only downside was the shower which was't very powerful and not always hot! However, I'd definitely recommend this place to young travellers.

First thing - You get off at the Tirso de Molina metro stop, look to your left and you will see a restaurant with a soccer ball on the sign. This is your street that is otherwise not named. The hostel had clean beds with sheets, offered daily free walking tours and other low cost activities such as Tapas pubcrawl and I was lucky enough to be one of the first to go on the trip to Segovia. You are right next to and within walking distance to everything which is awesome. They do offer breakfast - its pretty low key. You have to rent a towel and the limited hot water takes some getting used to. All things considered it is a good deal. Take advantage of the front desk folks as they were very helpful and the tips they gave were good.

On the plus side, the hostel has a pretty good location (Madrid is huge so nothing is close to everything) and close to a metro station, as well as a grocery store. It has a good kitchen and very nice staff. However, the beds are extremly uncomfortable. If it weren't for them, I would warmly reccomend Las Musas to others, but because I slept so bad i won't. It also seems like there's no isolation between rooms, as we could here everything going on outside our room. If I go to Madrid again, I'll look for a different hostel.
