“Family park”

Parque de la Creueta del Coll
Reviewed 8 August 2017

We looked place for a sunbathing and got here. (Two couples)
It's quite far from the centrum but accessible via metro.
Entry fee was about 2-3€/adult and there are big pool although it's a completely a children pool (60cm deep) so no chance for swimming.
Also you can't eat at the grass area, you have to go to the "Picnic area" which is few tables on the asphalt.

There are couple ping pong tables, take your own paddles to go.

Place is goof for families and children but adults, friends, couples you should rather go to the olympic pools!

Nice little park with small children playground to visit if you are nearby but not worth coming just for it. Especially if pool is closed.

My kids really wanted a place they could play soccer and run around. After the disappointment of Parc Guell, I saw the pictures of this park and thought it would be a great place for the kids to cool off and play. When we got there, I couldn't believe I was in the same place as in the pictures or described in the reviews. I am assuming that there is some time in which the pools are maintained, but if it's not in June (when the temps were 28 degrees), I don't know when that would be.

The water was brown and had trash floating in it. There were dogs playing in the pool. There was a group of camp kids playing on the playground, but no one near the pool (for obvious reasons). They kids eventually played a game of pick up basketball on the dirt court. There was no where for them to run and play except for the court and the playground which was just dirt. It definitely wasn't worth a Metro trip across the city for.

Me and my friend went today and it was full of school children we paid €2.35 to go and sit on some dirty grass. Would be good if you had children as it is safe and enclosed.

Went there in end March. Nobody there, cafe and toilets closed. But this place must be great in summer when it is hot and sunny as there is a huge water spot where people can refresh themselves playing in water. Even a desable people access! Better to get there by metro or bus as it's up hill.
