The villa is beautifully decorated. It has a practical open plan lay out with easy access to kitchen and bathrooms from all bedrooms. The pool was good for cooling off although was a little on the small side so not one for swimming lengths in, but served the purpose for us! Area a little industrial but the walled garden gave a sense of privacy. Supermarket 3-5 minute walk just down the road which was extremely useful, and a bus stop by the supermarket which had a direct bus to Las Ramblas. We didn't find a direct bus to the beach, however you can get a bus to Las Ramblas then walk down the beach, or get 2 buses. Airport about 10/15 minutes taxi drive. Nice outside seating which was perfect for cooling off in the shade and chilling by the pool. Never had any complaints about the noise which was good for us! Air conditioning very useful for a hot summer get-a-way.
Only minor downsides: washing machine and dishwasher had a few problems, but the house owner was very helpful and was on hand to help when we needed. Bathrooms were functional but the floor tended to get pretty wet with that many people showering so often, so a few extra bathmats would be useful. Bus journey is about 40 minutes but it's definitely doable.
Overall excellent price for an excellent accommodation, perfect for a group of thirteen 17 year olds! - definitely recommend
