I admit I'm a hotel snob usually on business. This time on vacation.

I found everything; room, amenities, service, location nearly perfect and yes, cost efficient. I had a great time alone and all highly recommended. Hotel staff heledp me navigate my trip to the airport during the current disastrous taxi strike.

Very unfriendly and cold front desk team. Extremely small and claustrophobic rooms, no water bottel,no tea and coffee or kattel, no fridge , glasses, Air con in the room. Very uncomfortable bed( two single bed joined to make a king bed which keeps getting separated from centre) very uncomfortable if you are with a family. Very thin walls, everything from the neighbouring room can be heard.Not at all a value for what you are paying and not a 3 star hotel at all. Only good part is the location.

we were there during Christmas time and this is the best hotel we got out of other European hotels in terms of spacious, cleanliness, amenities and services. good location with quiet environment. special thanks to Suhail, who helped us out to call the "lost & found" of train station since our bag was being stolen in the train station platform. their sincere empathy gave us a great comfort during that traumatic moment. the only draw back of the hotel is the washroom door which is a piece of stained glass only, and definitely a see-through.
