Most of the time it's very crowded like other places of Gaudi worshippers. So we had to give it a pass on a tour inside, but the exterior already is stunning and must be even more spectacular during his time when people thought he is crazy. Luckily our host was an architect and could tell as all little things about his projects across town.

Also known as Casa Mila o la Pedrera, this is one unique building designed by Gaudi. You can marvel at the exterior, take a tour of the inside all the way to the roof with great views, and the ornate apartments as well. Lovely ornate street lamps add to the overall uniqueness of the area. There are some stores at the bottom including a restaurant and a jewelry store.

We walked past the Mabarcelone several times and it was always crowded so we passed on the tour. Nonetheless, you can admire the exterior features and tell tale Gaudi signs from the street view so we were good with not going in.

Spent a good hour here as after visiting the roof top-make sure you get the audio guide- you get to see the amazing loft structure with a display of other Gaudi projects before seeing an apartment as it would have been when occupied in its day by tenants. wo a must visit location

There are a great many examples of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi's genius to be seen throughout this city and Mabarcelone is yet another stunning piece of architecture that is to be cherished in this beautiful and vibrant city.
The building is undeniably unique but fits in with the other more modernistic architecture in this area.
We never went in,should have made the time really as it looks a cool tour ,but we did admire the great architecture.
Well worth checking out if your in the area.
