We had high hopes after reading the reviews from the Spanish Celiac Assos. We felt very safe- separate fryer for fries and clearly labeled wrapping. The electronic ordering lets you sub a gluten free bun and was user friendly. The gluten free bun was not good- spongy and weird texture. There were better celiac options but edible in a pinch.
