The hotel itself was decent for the value, though there is no restaurant beyond the breakfast buffet area.
The rooms and beds were good except when asking for a triple - the third bed brought in is not near the quality expected.
The view and location are excellent, with direct view of the aqueduct and the city walls rising.

Room Tip: front rooms with a view of the aqueduct.

Hotel had air conditioning & was well kept. I had room 120 which faced actual Acueducto. Keep in mind that also makes it a bit noisy late in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and location spot on. The wifi was super good as well which was important for meetings. There are a number of restaurants all around which also made the location perfect. Buses to train are readily available outside the door.

Room Tip: If you want to face the aqueducto pick room 120. Other rooms did not have as pleasant of a view.

This hotel gets a 'very good' review because of the amazing location and views! The room was on the smallish size but ok. There was a floor to ceiling window which opens and becomes a sort of balcony with wonderful view of the Segovia aqueduct. The bathroom was nice and large with a bathtub. A few things in the bathroom needed fixing like the trash can lid and the augmentation mirror. The bed was ok although the pillows were not the most comfortable. We got a very good rate with free wifi, breakfast and underground parking. The hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions although the city is quite hilly so it would be around 15-20 minutes walk at an inclination. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and there is a Burger King, a McDonalds and 2 other restaurants right beside the hotel so it did get a little noisy in our room which was right above street level. Luckily the next day was a public holiday so it was all quiet in the early morning and not a lot of traffic throughout the day. We had breakfast at the hotel which was a typical 4-star hotel breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, bread, pastries etc. the room had a minibar but no coffee/tea facilities. They did have iced water available and apples in the lobby which was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and efficient and gave us directions on a map on what to see in the city.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a view to the aqueduct but away from the fast food restaurants on the street

This is pretty much a standard hotel - with what you need for at couple of days in the beautiful city of Segovia. Situated near the city center - with great views over the city and mountains. Breakfast very much standard. My room was spacious and super clean.

This was a very good, basic hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable. Good breakfast. Comfortable chair for lounging. Its really all you want in a hotel. The location can't be beat. The staff is really accommodating, though the English was sometimes not as good.

The décor was plain, but boy what a view. Who needs artwork when you can see the aqueducts!!

The location is perfect.

Room Tip: Book a room with a view. It's worth the price.
