Liked the location of the property. Quiet at night, good ventilation. AC worked very well.
Place was cleaned superficially, kitchen drawers were dirty with crumbs, appliances were ok, not many useful utensils for cooking.
In the bathroom there is no room to put antthing inside the shower, like soap, shampoo etc.
Bed was very comfortable
Owner was nice, saw her first day only. Was helpful getting us a taxi to Train station.
The comunal patio was in ruins due to a very dirty tenant on the ground floor.
Apt. views were spectacular, not much of a balcony off the bedrooom.
Would have liked a list of recommended restaurants, directions to markets etc...more guidance to the city.
The owner was great and spoke good English and was very easy to deal with. All questions were answered quickly. She met us at the apartment to hand over keys and explain how everything worked and where the local shops were and what they sold.
The apartment is lovely. Recently renovated to a good standard and very comfortable with everything you could need. It was very comfortable and had air con in the living area and bedroom. There is a roof terrace off the bedroom and the views from the windows are fantastic. The Alcazar in one direction and the Cathedral in the other. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town up a flight of steps, so away from traffic noise and is very conveniently located to get around. You know you are in Spain when you stay at this place.
The details of the apartment said it would sleep 5 but I wouldn't suggest 5 adults could be accommodated in comfort, but it's good for a couple with children or a couple on their own.
