We were lost in the streets of Toledo and met 2 couples heading to a recommended restaurant, so 3 couples went for lunch. We all ordered different things and shared samples: risotto with duck liver, grilled duck breast, pheasant, pork shoulder, venison and patatas bravas (garlicky potatoes that are a specialty of Spain) They were all exquisite, perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth flavors. We had 3 beautiful "made in house" desserts to share, all perfectly divine. We are airline people, well traveled and spoiled and honestly feel like this ranks in the top 3 restaurants we've ever experienced. The service was excellent (bi-lingual waiters) and the wine recommendations spot on. In the end, our feast for two was 70 euros, which was really a bargain considering the quality and quantity of wine. We will fly back just to eat here! Buen provecho!
