If you have visited any busy bar you will have noticed how the camareros will set up many coffee plates with spoons and sugar packets to prepare for rush hour. The restaurant does the same but with utensils and your glass in the middle of plates to prepare for the rush of local workers who frequent this gem. A true hole in the wall and you can easily find the local flavors that true locals eat daily. With 10€ menú it doesn't attract many tourists but draws many local workers to eat in 30 minutes or for 1.5 hours. The servers and cooks work close together and are very courteous which is not the norm in Spain. A lot of the food is homemade to include the desserts. It's worth the stop if you want local food that is cheap too!
