We waited for over 50minutes for a toast’s, after 40min we recieved our beers, after asking after them. Went at lunch time, only a few people where there at the same time with is. Food was nice but not worth the wait to go again.

Me and my girlfriend visited Roots for lunch. The cafe has a nice feel and there is plenty of choice in the menu. We have chosen a fresh pressed juice and the Mexican Variety bowl. The food was beautifully served and delicious.

Don’t be fooled by nice photos. I’ve ordered poached egg on a slice of bread. Waited 45 minutes, egg came undercooked and bread must have been made some time ago. Staff offered to cook it more which I declined. Unfortunately so was my request for refund. Not worth the time.

We loved this healthy vegetarian/vegan restaurant! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly. We went twice for breakfast and it was good both times.

Every time i visit Puerto de la cruz i visit this place, friendly staff & amazing vegan food.
The vegan burger & the Carrot cake is a must
