Have just returned from this hotel, booked with jet2. Com did a private transfer from airport took about an hour.on arrival we were welcomed nice easy check in, the xtra rooms are an upgrade so we did have tea/coffee machine , towels for pool were in our room, other rooms have to pay a deposit, but we still had to pay for the safe .
We had a large balcony with sun loungers and a whirlpool , this was filled once we arrived took approx 2 and half hours to fill, we had clean towels everyday and the room was very clean, a few small things the TV did not have a English Channel , like to see the news when we are away but not a problem, one day maid forgot to make our room up, next day we had no milk, so just a few small problems, the day before we came home someone emptied the whirlpool , I was not best pleased about that as we had returned to our room early afternoon to use it, and it was going to take to long to fill, dident receive an apology just don't know who did that !!
We were only on B&B and that was very nice inside or outside, just sit where you like very laid back.only used the hotel bar once as found rather difficult to get served, and lots of nice bars outside the hotel.
This hotel do not exchange money and there is only one money exchange , they only open day times not in the evening.
The pool and sun beds are very clean and tidy, the pool is in the shade in the afternoon, and only half the sunbed area is in the sun so causes a small problem with people all chasing the sun.
This hotel is very nice clean and tidy has a nice sea front position, easy walking to shops bars resturants , I did use the spa that was very nice, think it's a shame they charge to use the pool indoors.
One thing the door between the pool and outside front just bangs when people go in and out, really annoying as its used a lot , and a information pack / book in the room would have been nice, and jet 2 don't have a rep in the area so you are left to find out for yourself , we are well traveled so not a big problem but for first timers maybe a little worrying , all round nice hotel nice area nice holiday.

The actual hotel itself is very good.

Staff were friendly & always very helpful.
Hotel was clean.
Great location.
Good facilitys - although tea making in the room is not provided unless you pay extra ( knowing this before we went we took our own ).
Roof top spa is also an extra.

And overall it is a lovely hotel.

BUT and this is a big but - food was always cold !!!!

We went half board and I don't remember having anything that was just over luke warm for any meal ( except for a couple of fried eggs that were cooked there and then in front of me ). The food variety and selection is good and based more on a European palette with lots of fish, veal, rabbit and the usual pastries so if you are a fussy eater you might be limited in your choice but you will always find something and there was always at least one vegetarian option. But could have done with a microwave to reheat it all for a couple of minutes.
We were not the only ones to have this opinion as while we were there we talked to other Brits staying in the hotel who all said the same.

I know that they are catering for a lot of people and it may not be easy but even Premier Inn get it better.

We would have given the hotel a higher rating if it were not for the luke warm food.

We would also stay here again because of the staff friendliness and hotel location.

Room Tip: If you are out all day exploring the island then there is nothing wrong with the view onto the back street. Any other view costs extra.

Stayed here for 4 nights half board.
Check in was quick with a lovely, friendly receptionist who gave us lemon water and sweets (nice touch after a 2 hour transfer) reception area itself was bright and airy.
Hotel room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Only slight disappointing part was the two single beds pushed together to make a double but they were comfortable. Air con didn't seem to work but it was a comfortable temperature at night so didn't say to reception.
Dinner was a bit disappointing but there are so many lovely restaurants to eat nearby that this didn't bother us as we used it more for an evening snack. Breakfast had plenty of choice with free cava and lovely coffee and orange juice. The outside seating area is fab.
Pool area looked nice but I didn't personally use it. The spa on the 14th floor is definitely worth a visit.
Location is fantastic. Right beside the beach and walking distance into the town which had plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
If I was in the area again i would definitely stay here.

For our two week stay the room was excellent as last year, sea views with balcony, extremely comfortable bed, comfy easy chairs, very good storage facilities and effective shower. The room was always efficiently serviced. We love the different available spaces both inside and outside for sitting in comfy furniture and relaxing whilst reading and watching the sea as we do not use the excellent pool facilities. As I require food which is gluten free we once again chose to book half board and eat in the restaurant. The restaurant manager, Abdul, established with the very friendly staff my needs on the first day and everyone was clued in. I received a separately cooked omelette every morning for breakfast, which arrived within a few minutes of my arrival. Similarly with regard to freshly cooked gluten free bread. Advice from the chef was always given on what I could eat and I was again able to order special food. The range of food on the cold buffet, salads, vegetables, desserts and fresh grills was more than adequate to meet my needs and provided plenty of variety. We really like the facilities of this hotel, the location is ideal for strolling in different directions and there are always plenty of taxis close at hand, if required, when you want to go further afield. We prefer the privacy of the site and the peace and quiet compared with the constant bustle of other hotels which have loud music playing all evening till late.

Room Tip: It is definitely worth having a room with a sea view, the rolling waves of the Atlantic at different times of the day are great to watch.
