Our first night this year in the town and walked to the port for dinner. Liked the menu and the choice of fish of the day. Food was delivered and de-boned at the table. Well worth the recommendation. While eating watched an adjoining table have the Chateaubriand flambeed and served.
2 days later went back and had the Chateaubriand. Not disappointed.
The restaurant has outside and internal seating. We sat in as although there were payio heaters it was still windy and it cools the food too quickly. Ambiance was good.

We had lunch here twice during our trip and we couldn't fault it. On St Patrick's Day, we had a late lunch here to take a break from the celebrations in the harbour. Another quieter day, we sat outside for lunch.
The food was delicious and the grilled chicken and steak were particularly good. Friendly and efficient service too.

Chose this restaurant primarily for its location next to the kids play area as we had two 10 year old boys.

However, every meal we had in our group was excellent, from the paella to our steak.

The waiting staff were great, very attentive and friendly.

Fabulous, would go again.

Had a lunchtime urge for Tapas and didn't fancy the set menu so went sat down and ordered 2 dishes each from the starter manu. The food was tasty and the service was good but the waiter seemed a bit taken aback when we asked for the bill instead of ordering main courses.
On the way out I saw on the menu boards T Bone steak cooked on volcanic rock. After a few beers in the Rock Inn Irish Bar we ventured up and I ordered a T Bone. It came out sizzling and spitting on a slab of volcanic rock and was then flambéed with a couple of spirits by the waitress. This was quite a spectacular sight and when placed on the plate in front of me was quite an impressive steak. Unfortunately though only the Sirloin was there. They had removed the Fillet before cooking it. Saying that after eating the sirloin I'd have struggled eating anything else.
