Returned to the Posada a second time for four nights at the beginning of June. This time stayed in one of the 'Preference Rooms' (Room 307), which was more spacious (both bedroom and bathroom) and had a Juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was a lovely feature. Pleased to say the hotel is just as fantastic as first time round. Great breakfast, charming roof terrace and above all warm, helpful and enthusiastic staff. There is nothing stuffy about this hotel - it feels cosy and intimate, yet elegant with excellent levels of service.

Thanks to the whole team at Posada for another great stay!

Room Tip: Location is very quiet so doubt noise will be an issue with any of the rooms.

Celebrated 65th birthday, accompanied by adult daughter and boy this property did not disappoint. A true luxury property in a perfect location. Exceptionally dedicated staff with a strong commitment to making each guest feel comfortable. We were humbled at how every single staff member we came in contact with assisted us. Above and beyond. Room 302 beautiful, quiet. The room amenities high end, the bathroom spacious and luxurious. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! And the mattress....sigh..

With much appreciation and gratitude for making this special trip/celebration so great and so very memorable. The only problem was: we had to leave. To Anna, Alice, and Suso - many thanks and see you again!

We booked this hotel early on in the year and I'm often dubious about hotels right at the top of the listing .
No worries here the hotel was opened 2 years ago in a historic old building and the attention to detail throughout is top quality.
The location of the hotel is also very good and easy to get around to the sights and good restaurants .
Last but not least are the great staff every one of them always with a smile and the service is exceptional i ordered some flowers for my wife and they were beautiful as was the complimentary cava and macaroons .
The staff really make it special
I would say this is the nicest 4 star hotel i have stayed at and would recommend to anyone

On arriving we were met by Alice who was very knowledgeable about the area.I had been to Palma but at the other end of the marina, She was able to recommend different restaurants and tapas restaurants. Rooms were first class, and so many lounge areas to sit it. Pool and loungers at top of building and sauna room and plunge pool all great. Breakfast very good, this hotel is of a very high standard and ten minutes walk in any direction takes you all round the city.Very clean and will be back.

Room Tip: We were in rooms 203 and 204, which you can get to without going into the main building. Quiet and large.

Spent the last 4 nights of our 2 weeks in Mallorca at this superb hotel!! The staff are all described in the title, always there when you want them and not making you feel like your a visitor, but somebody who lives in the hotel, it's a great skill. If you require a drink anywhere in the hotel, you only have to ask, either by phone or in person. Having an honesty book in the bar is a novel/romantic way of having an early or late drink. The breakfast quality and service was excellent and a great way to start the day. Rooms( we stayed in 102 ), were first class, the roof terrace and plunge pool were almost perfect( would have more sun loungers and less sun chairs, our only negative ) and all the staff that we interacted with, were simply superb. The Posada Terra Santa, is now our boutique hotel of choice when visiting Palma. Well done to all.

Room Tip: We would recommend the rooms on the ground floor, just as you enter the outer gates. You can take in the views from the roof terrace.
