We visited here on the first day of our holiday and what a lovely little place it was. Serving traditional spanish tapas, we got quite a selection for our money. Ran by a lovely couple, the restuarant has that friendly, family feel atmosphere.

Visited again on our last day and the food was exceptional again. Got talking to the owners again who were more than accomodating and genuinely really friendly people. Would definitely visit again.

On our last night in Puerto Pollensa we decided that Tapas was in order and we're glad we did.

This restaurant was great. Good food, great staff and an owner who is quite a character, making the whole experience that much better.

My wife and I shared a 10 piece tapas for 2 at around 16Euro per person and were very full at the end. The food was great quality, there was plenty of it and the staff were brilliant. Recommended!

Tapas y Punto is that rare place you find that happens to be on a very touristy stretch packed full of all the usual trinket shops, cafes and cafes-trying-to be restaurants to woo overtrusting tourists with the promise of authentic food but who all too often disappoint. It is rare because whilst it has the awning providing cover for diners from the sun and the menu on display that seems to be a qualifying criteria along such tourist stretches , it actually is a place run by people who take a real pride in making proper tapas really really well.

We ordered a good selection of 8 to 10 to start and topped up with another 4 followed by splendid dessert. The fried prawns, the padron peppers, the meatballs, the ravioli, the gazpacho in small bottles, the spinach croquettes to name a few were all excellent. The bill worked out reasonably at around €15-20 per head including drinks and the service was outstanding. All in all it was so fab, we had to go back a few days later.

A must try which will not disappoint.

We had an excellent meal here. You can get some of the usual tapas here, eg meatballs and patatas bravas, but try some of the less common ones for a tasty meal. We particularly liked the pumpkin ravioli. Four or five plates per couple are enough for a good meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The view across the bay adds to the event. A must!

I tend to avoid the obvious seafront tourist trap restaurants but had been told this was worth a visit.
Three of us went for a late-ish lunch and enjoyed the 6 tapas for two plus the grilled sardines. The food was excellent and service from the lone waitress on duty was charming. Even after the restaurant closed we were made to feel welcome
The bill was surprisingly reasonable too. Well worth it. Of course the location and views are fantastic.
