The Italian warm bread is delicious (selection of onion, tomato and olive bread).
The roast vegetable tower of Pisa was very tasty, but the pasta dish that followed was huge - I would say enough for two! The sauce was great and the pasta al dente - perfect, I was just sorry that I couldn't finish my main (they don't warn you in advance that the portions are very generous!)

One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. Homemade Italian bread with tomato, olives or onions delicious, olive oil with chillies infused to add flavour, we shared a salad of aubergine mozzarella and tomatoes to start then had escalope of pork with different sauces, one green peppers the other Roquefort and both were really tasty and well cooked and served. A bottle of Chianti to wash it down proved to be a perfect choice, and this is a restaurant we will certainly return to.

If you fancy an Italian somewhere in the heart of the city, then this is a good choice. It's just off Paseo de la Independencia.
The staff were friendly and there was plenty to choose from on the menu. We went on a Friday night and it wasn't too full, which is always a bonus. I noticed they had a couple of high chairs by the entrance. And the toilets (at the back, up stairs) were clean enough.
We found that two salads, two pizzas and one pasta dish was enough for five adults. Especially if you would like a dessert. The pizzas were the proper thin base type with a variety of toppings to choose from including a few veggie options. And there was every kind of pasta you can think of too.
I couldn't really recommend any particular dish... unless I tried them all! Although for dessert, I'd go for the coffee, chocolate truffle and tiramisu trio again, despite the latter not being the traditional recipe.

We came across this place purely by accident during a thunderstorm! As soon as you walk in the place, you get a warm feeling. It has that certain Italian ambience, from the décor to the staff rushing about in an efficient manner whilst not looking that way.
The staff and service were fantastic, offering advice on our menu choices. A gorgeous bottle of wine, recommended by our waiter which was great value.
And of course the food ... Delicious.
everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked superb. We even had desserts which is a rarity, purely because we had seen other enjoying the fare.

Terrific place :)
