Wish we'd had more time to stay longer, Hotel Sauce is a friendly family run hotel, central to everything, clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the little cafe and their breakfast....you have to try their marmalades

Stayed: June 2018, travelled with family

Lovely, simple hotel that was clean, very friendly & helpful. We were at the front of the hotel which could have been quite noisy but the triple glazing was excellent, as was the air conditioning, which was efficient & very quiet so we could sleep well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a superior room in the fourth floor, pleasant, excellent sound insulation, good shower. But most remarkable: the staff. Nothing was difficult, always a smile. Brilliant breakfast in their cafeteria, open to the public, so always open to guests. The best cakes in town, home made jams ... One of the nicest places I have stayed in for a long time! Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All the floors are accessible,. best views the highest up

Excellent value for money. Room is clean and comfortable. Good location. Good staff. Excellent breakfast. Given the price there is some compromise on space (rooms are compact but bathroom is OK) & facilities (eg a safe is provided but no fridge) but facilities are still good for the price.

Overall strongly recommended!

Room Tip: Doors aren't particularly sound proof so rooms away from the lifts get less noise from people in hallway

This small but comfortable and oh-so well-designed boutique hotel made our Zaragoza visit even more memorable. The warm, friendly, multilingual staff the extra mile to assist us and gave excellent recommendations on enjoying the city. They even helped park our car :) The rooms were ample and comfortable, a surprise for the compact size of the whole place. We particularly liked the family room, triple, and superior rooms which were just right for the size of our group. We loved the breakfast and now that we're back home, terribly miss the coffee, bread, marmalades, and desserts! An added touch is the excellent graphic design all around the hotel which contributed to the sensory experience. Location was excellent too, so easy to walk everywhere in the center of Zaragoza. For your next Spain trip, do not bypass this small, but culturally rich city and don't pass up a stay at Hotel Sauce!

Room Tip: choose the family room with two bedrooms, especially if you have kids with you!
