Brilliant venue for a tapas lunch, we ordered 7 different tapas between 3 of us, and there was loads of food to go around, the pig cheeks in sauce was just the best. Lovely atmosphere inside the venue too. Would definitely recommend and are probably going back there tonight. Only small downside is the waiters speak limited English, but we all got by.

When we arrived, we asked the server for a table for three outside. She said okay and walked away without explaining we could seat ourselves. A different server approached us after about 2 minutes and told us we could seat ourselves. The server came to take our drink order and without inquiring as to the language preference, placed non-english menus on the table. We asked for a moment to decide on drinks and when she turned to walk away, we tried to no avail to get her attention. After waiting for a few minutes, I walked inside to get English menus. Eventually, a third server came and took our drink order and eventually, our food order. The oxtail plate was extremely good and a must have. A server returned once to check on us. After bringing us the food and another round of drinks, non of the servers returned. We waited for about 20 minutes after we finished our meal, before grabbing the attention of a worker passing by to ask for the check, which was not correct once we got it. While the oxtails were extremely good, the service could be improved.

Bad experience. Ordered 2 glasses of wine only, we’d already eaten. The wine was fine but when we came to pay (€6 ish) we gave the waitress a €20 note. The change wasn’t returned to us for ages and when it did it was with the wrong bill and was €4 short. We took it inside and a major argument ensued between 3 waitresses and 3 men behind the bar! We waited and waited and finally the correct change was rudely thrust at me; no apology, no smile, just a snarl!! Unbelievably bad customer service. A similar thing seemed to have happened to the Spanish coupe next to us.
Also, the worst toilets I’ve encountered in Spain on this trip. Definitely not recommended.

Such disappointing service. Staff rushing everywhere and not very helpful when ordering. We managed to try a number of dishes and the food was very good. Time passed and it was clear we were not going to be served any more dishes, so we got the bill. We had been wrongly charged for bread and a main chicken dish, which we knew they had forgotten to serve. This was pointed out to them and we asked for the bill to be amended … lo and behold they instantly handed over the chicken dish and insisted we paid for it even though our meal had been over for at least 30mins. But ….. they got angry - so we paid, insisted on a takeaway which was gratefully accepted by a homeless guy by the river. If you do go here watch what you are getting and check the bill. We wouldn’t recommend the place.

What a trap. We booked 3 weeks in advanced a table for 4 persons and got it confirmed. When we arrived we were seated at a table for 2. Our intervention remained ignored. Shame on you!
