As a base to explore Seville during Holy Week or the build-up this is unrivalled. It is a very short walk away from the hullabaloo and turmoil of the city and is only one little street away from Betis, the hub of the Triana district and home to some superb bars and restaurants. The apartments are clean and comfortable. There is also a rooftop terrace for chilling as the sun goes down. The owner is very friendly and is keen to point out bars, restaurants and other local attractions. He can also provide car parking at a cost far cheaper than the local car parks.

Above all, you feel you are staying in a real neighbourhood with real local character. The bar on the square is where all the locals gather. The restaurant close by, although it doesn't look like much, serves superb food. Around the corner, on Betis, you are spoiled for choice and just over the bridge you are in the historic centre of Seville. Why stay anywhere else?

Clean, courteous and friendly owner to welcome you. Speaks a bit of English, but get by with pantomine and signs language. Room are large enough, studio setting, fulfilling the setting for a self-catered apartment, cleverly designed. Spacious, with windows overlooking inner courtyard. There is a top common balcony area. Near to amenities, mercado, and a few restaurants at doorsteps along the river. 15min walk to the town, great location.

Would really recommend this accommodation. Fabulous location, very nicely decorated and equipped, excellent price. Lovely upstairs communal patio. We also managed to find parking right outside which was useful. The area is fabulous and we were lucky enough to see some impromptu Flamenco. All in all fantastico!
