This is a simple no-thrill hotel, conveniently located close to the bus terminal (direct bus from the airport), a bit aside from the very center (although still in walking distance), but very close to the art museum - which is definitely worth visiting. Very friendly stuff, comfortable bed, and quite moderate price.

the hotel is very centrally located just a few minutes walking from the main attractions of the historical centre. the rooms are nice and very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind, although the communication in english is sometimes hard. It also worth paying for the breakfast, it is cheap but complete. very good cost for value.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. We walked in off the street and booked 3 double rooms for 6 off us.The receptionist was pleasant and marked of the sights to see on a map for us. It was 50 Euros a night per room in September. The rooms were clean with enough storage. Hairdryer provided, plenty of hangers and a safe (for which there was a charge)
We were given a discount token from the hotel for a local multi storey carpark for the 2 cars which was about 5 mins walk
The hotel is pretty central for the sights. There a 2 bus tour companies for sight seeing.
If you like weddings walk round the town on a Saturday night as every church we passed seemed to be having a wedding .
There are several local places to have meals from morning to night. We liked a local bar El Picadero for our a few drinks after we'd been out for our evening meal.It seemed to be a bar for locals and we tried to engage with the staff in our best Spanish and by the end of the night the staff were salsaring with my friend in the street. The picture is a bit blurred, I couldn't keep the camera still because I couldn't stop laughing

Spent 2 nights here. Price was a bit higher than other areas in Spain during out trip, but that goes for Sevilla in general! Parking was in a private garage for an extra 10 euros a day. Room was very clean and quiet, flat screen tv and wifi. Front desk staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and a flamenco tablao. When I didn't want to go to the tablaos offered up directly on the desk, the concierge recommended another, smaller, less touristy option and booked it for us. HOtel is a short walk to the cathedral and all the shops on Valesquez street and Barrio Santa Cruz.

Room Tip: Anything not on the ground floor

Although some in our group had a hard time dealing with no A/C in the oven-like rooms, ours was fine. Perfect location to see all of the hot spots of Seville. Its a bit hard to find as the entrance is tucked into the alley. Breakfast is served at their sister hotel a few doors north. Overall, a good value.
