We wandered around the area near the Cathedral for several hours. All it really has to recommend it is it's age. It's full of tourist shops, terrace bars and the wall of the Alcazar.

Stayed here for 4 days- everywhere in easy walking distance. Stroll around any of the streets and narrow ways- look up look down look around. Seek out the remnants of the Jewish quarter, if only in the names of some of the ways

Amazing pieces of history surrounded us. First time to Europe and Spain. Blown away by the craftmanship and the atmosphere in the middle of Sevilla

Hints: book a tour or guide, good camera, suitable footwear and clothing, take your time

Perfect to feel all the Jewish history of Seville and to get in touch with the locals. It is a delightful walk because in every corner we see new things, new stores, new undisclosed places

This is a really interesting barrio, but trying to traverse it can be a little difficult. Narrow streets poorly labeled that seem to disable my GPS and sense of direction as well. All said, pay it a visit it’s worth it.
