“a traditional home in the old quarter ,lots of character and great views of the ALHAMBRA”
Reviewed 25 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We really liked the apartment .It was decorated with taste in a traditional manner. We found it comfortable and relaxing .Because its on different levels you do need to manage stairs and similarly getting to the apartment involves steps from the city centre. That was its only drawback so travel light.Nadia, the lady who met us was lovely and was really helpful in telling us where to eat etc.We found it a really special experience.

“Cosy, rustic and central”
Reviewed 4 February 2015 for a stay in January 2015

We travelled in mid-winter and found it a welcome and warm home to return to each day, brilliantly located to explore Granada, and with a fabulous view of the Alhambra, especially from the roof-top patio.
Nadia was enthusiastic and most helpful, especially in finding a spot to leave our rental car for one night. (It's best to avoid having a car, and access is via steps.) It was useful but not compulsory to have a smattering of Spanish.
The beds are good, and everything works, although the shower is not designed for tall people who need to stand!

“Wonderful location with incredible view”

My husband and I stayed in this home for eight nights while we explored the beautiful city of Granada. The location could not have been better. It was a short walk to buses, cabs, shopping and many fun tapas bars.

The home is in an historic building and area so its a bit quirky but that is what we enjoyed most about our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, it is an uphill walk to get to the front door and there are a number of stairs in the house. That said, my husband and I quickly adapted to the home and found it very comfortable. It was plenty of space for the two of us. We slept in the bedroom as well as on the pullout coach. We found both to be comfortable. The pullout coach was our favorite because with the windows open it had an incredible view of the Alhambra. We didn't really cook anything during our stay. We like to go out too much (and there are so many places to try within a very short walk). Mostly just used the refrigerator to store some snacks and breakfast items.

A real highlight of this property is the rooftop terrace. The view is incredible. Each evening we enjoyed watching the sunset on the Alhambra. It is something we will always remember. Definitely hope to come back to Granada one day and would choose this home again.
