Spent five days in late October exploring Granada and surrounding area. Interior courtyard of the AC Palacio was magical, servers pleasant, room was modern, spacious (can you say walk-in closet?), and spotless with daily attention by cleaning staff who obviously take pride in their work. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. We drove a rental car and to navigate the restricted and often unmarked streets was as nerve-wracking as the other reviewers note.

Room Tip: Had exterior room so heard happy cafe goers until 1am Thursday and Friday but it wasn't too bad.

The people working in this hotel were very helpful. The room was good and quiet. We opted one morning for breakfast which was expensive but after trying another place I️ appreciated it especially this chocolate cream filled chocolate coated pastry which I️ have never seen before. Overall it was not as special as our other hotels but well located and had valet parking.

The room and staff were of high standards. My only complaint was that there was not sufficient lighting in the rooms and the slippers provided were very flimsy. The location is perfect for walking to Alhambra and near many stores. The Cathedral is only a 4 minute walk. The restaurants we visited were all of good quality.

Upon arriving at this hotel, it is a bit of a shock because it is the most unattractive lobby
considering the charm of the courtyard.
It is a hotel built around several buildings so it is a bit hard to get around inside it.
I would not consider it part of the autograph collection at all, we had a suite, and it was rather bare in decoration, very uncomfortable because we had to go down a couple of steps into the living area, and down again into the bedroom area, it had a nice patio which we never used, it is closed in, no view. The air conditioning worked nicely, but we asked for a fan because the air was not strong enough to cool the room. the door into the bathroom opens to the inside of the bath, so it makes it really uncomfortable to move around in it. However the room was very clean, bathroom clean, towels a bit old.
Service was very nice, at the bar, restaurant and upon checking in and checking out, and getting reservations made, as well as suggestions, were done with a smile, so no complaints there.
I would recommend staying here, it is very close to the Alhambra, but since it is uphill, a taxi is really a better option. Restaurants are all around the hotel, great location.

Room Tip: Just request a quiet room not facing the street.

Central location very good for most tourist sites. Although our room faced onto the main road, noise was not a problem & room seemed well insulated. Room was not huge but bed comfortable. Nice courtyard on lower ground floor for sitting out & having a coffee or a drink. We did not eat in the hotel as we though €20 for a buffet expensive - plenty of cheap options nearby. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
