No bathrobe and slippers in the room. Dirty windows. Water pressure in the shower is terrible.
No international channels on TV. Breakfast and dinner buffet don’t deserve more than 3+.
Front office staff very friendly.

This is a nice hotel so far as hotels go, the room though small was comfortable and clean to a high standard. The reception staff however do not reflect the quality the of care the hotel should want to provide. At checkin they we’re neither welcoming nor helpful. At checkout they were officious to the point of insolence especially in regard to a tin of peanuts which l was being charged for but did not consume, being allergic to peanuts even if l was tempted to use the minibar where they were supposes to be.
As well, when asked for help in regard to navigating their wonderful city they demonstrated complete disinterest offered little help, unlike the many other people in shops and restaurants even when there was a complete language barrier. Its worth noting that both food and drink are very expensive in this hotel and not of the highest quality though the staff in these areas were much more pleasant and welcoming. Overall a convenient location with parking but not a particularly pleasant place to stay.

Ideally positioned only a short walk from the historic town centre.
Room was fine though with a very limited view. It was near a corridor that staff wheeled their trolleys down a lot. The roof of the link corridor to the pool/spa area was very close and when it rained the noise was very loud. A better room would have resulted in a higher rating.
Breakfast options were good as were the evening meals.
Great hotel in good location. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff really friend and breakfast was great. There is parking at the hotel at an extra cost but it makes it so convenient
Only thing room needs is te and coffee making facilities and hairdryer

This a nicely appointed hotel with a spacious lobby and good elevators. It has a restaurant, bar and gym, along with other facilities noted, but not used. Even though our room was not large, the space was well-organized except for the desk chair that needed to be moved every time someone wanted to get to the other side of the bed . As with many hotels, our main complaint is that there is never enough lighting, especially over the luggage rack.
The bathroom is beautiful with bidet and lots of mirrors. There were bottles of pump shampoo and soap, but no other toiletries. We missed the box of kleenex tissues. The closet space is lovely and there were lots of little niches for storage or plug-ins. An in-room safe was included, but it required a key, so we did not use it. We loved the huge and plush bath sheets. As well, the bed was very comfortable with a cozy duvet.
The TV offered the BBC and SkyNews for English channels, which was a nice change to other hotels. However, it was very small screen, and hard to see from the bed.
We arrived on a national holiday, so many of the places in the area were closed. We understand that the Parque Gracia Lorca is within walking distance. The whole area looks walkable, with lots of retail and restaurants.The surroundings of the hotel are well landscaped, and there is a covered bus entry at the side of the hotel - great for loading and unloading luggage in case of rain.
The hotel has been recently renovated. Very nice rooms, comfortable bedding, very nice bathrooms, nice decor, and extremely clean. The staff is helpful and efficient and quickly attend to your request. The lobby and bar/restaurant areas are very pleasant. The bar/restaurant food is very good. The hotel has pool, exercise area and other amenities, including parking. This hotel is quite nice. It is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town.
