Bottom tier rooms are average. No coffee in room. Beds are average. No real complaints. Things to do are a 10 minute walk which is good Lots of food choices. Upper tier rooms are very much nicer. Overall hard to go wrong.

We stayed three nights. One problem after another. The safe did not work and had to be repaired. The Matresses on the beds were very hard and uncumfortable. My wife had back ache in the morning and then discovered that a spring was sticking up. We reported this and they offered to move us on the last night, but we had turned the matress and did want to repack and move. On checking out we reminded the man on reception about the matress. He shrugged his shoulders and we got the impression that the matrees would be on the bed for many more customers.
They had three lifts. The first day two working, the second day one working and the third two working.
The breakfast was not that great and generally the hotel was not good. Add to this the extortionate parking. Then would not recommend the hotel Saray.

This is a well situated hotel within walking distance of central Granada. It is well maintained and the rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Breakfast was extensive and was well replenished by the restaurant staff, who were friendly helpful and efficient, as were the housekeeping staff. The only criticism is of the reception staff who were surly and unable or unwilling to assist with our enquiries regarding National day, which was during our visit.

So they have 3 lifts, of which one was out of use. The other two weren't very useful though. They close the doors the second you select your floor, leaving other people waiting to get in the lift getting squashed. On going up, if more than one floor is selected, then once the first selected floor is reached, all other floor selections are lost?! The lights go off for the other selected floors, and I tried once not re-selecting my floor and sure enough, the lift went back down.

There were 2 buttons between 3 lifts, so maybe the broken life shared one button with another lift. However this means to get a lift you need to press both buttons to maximise your success. Except once you get a lift, then other lift will eventually stop, with nobody to get in. Repeat on several floors and the lifts end up stopping unnecessarily causing them to be painfully slow.

On my last day, once I had discovered the staircase hidden behind a set of wooden doors (no sgnage at all), then sure enough, I could get up and down from the 5th floor before poeple who had been waiting for the lift did.

Extremely good value (off season). Spacious hotel room with great comfort. AC worked well. Superb pool area except for the sparse availability of sun beds. A 5-10 minutes peasant walk to the city center. Professional staff. Typical firm Spanish beds.
