Modern room & hotel, good A/C, firm beds with nice linens, no fridge or kettle, good breakfast buffet, very small pool on 6th floor rooftop with excellent views of city. Small workout area, handy lobby bar. Great location near the cathedral.

Perfect place to unwind after a day of siteseeing. Hotel staff are wonderful and will go above and beyond to accommodate. Breakfast us fresh, ample and staff continually replenish. Plunge pool allows a quick, refreshing dip - but don't expect to spend a day sunning poolside (at a rooftop pool in the middle of a city centre???). Walkable to every where you want to be!

We enjoyed our brief stay. The staff are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help.

The hotel is minutes from the city centre and some fantastic tapas bars. It has Parking, 2 lifts/elevators and a small pool on the roof (great view too!). Our kids were happy - and had their own interconnecting room. Both were spotless and showers were great.

Each floor has its own them / sense. Ours was “smell” ... lovely fresh jasmine or orange blossom. However (the only negative here) ... our rooms on the 1st floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke! Not ideal with kids and me with asthma. The smell emanated from the a/c ducts.

Note: There is a smoking chill out zone on the 1st floor - so be aware of this.

For the price (£137 for 1 night in August, 24 hours parking and 2 rooms) we were very impressed and would stay again - on a different floor!

The location of Five Senses Rooms & Suites is the best attribute of this property which is centrally located to many of Granada's best tourist sites; Alhambra, Catedral de Granada, Plaza de Santa Ana, etc. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The decor of the lobby, breakfast room, rooftop pool are sleek and modern. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of food. The bed, linens, and pillows were acceptable, but not memorable. Overall the room is a good value.

Room Tip: Rooms further away from the elevator are quieter.

Granada is beautiful to explore and see. Having a hotel like the Five Senses close to everything is definitely a plus. The staff was great, every single one of them. The rooms have a good amount of space, and beds were comfy; but felt they were a bit outdated. I had a corner unit and you probably will need earplugs at night since some of the rooms overlook a main street. The breakfast served by the hotel has the right amount of variety and found everything to be delicious. They also have a small gym if you want to stretch or do some light activity. I distinctly remember my stay at the hotel as very positive. I’d
definitely would recommend staying there.
