The apartment was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was helpful. The kitchen was minimally functional, but not made for actually cooking anything. A coffee maker or at least a water cooker would have been nice. I wouldn't get too excited about the included (or purchased) breakfast, it was delivered on time, but pretty bland. The hi-tech toilet was pretty cool though.

Room Tip: Our "superior" suite was pretty small, I understand there are a variety of rooms, so you m...

We stayed at Suites Gran Via 44 in Granada for 4 days in early March. With reception services, room service, mini bar, maid service etc it felt like a good hotel. But in addition they provide a well equipped kitchen, dining and seating areas of a nice small apartment. Overall we were much happier at 44 Gran Via than a so called hotel of a similar price. The location is perfect being very close to the busier restaurant and shopping areas and on the same road as the Cathedral. The Alhambra is a pleasant 30 minute walk (uphill) or just catch the regular 30 bus right to and from the entrance gate. I would book again without hesitation.

Room Tip: I would imagine that rooms on the very front of the hotel are noisier at night

Granada was our last stop on a 3 1/2 week visit to Andalucia. The Suites Gran Via we're among the most comfortable of all the places we stayed.
If arriving by car use the municipal parking a few blocks away and walk to avoid driving in the controlled center of Granada.
The suites are very comfortable with ample room, clean, and nicely decorated.
We did not choose the breakfast option, intending to do this on our own in the apartment. It was a nice surprise to find the espresso maker in the 'easy room' downstairs where we could make our morning coffee.

Very well located on busy street a short stroll from Cathedral and on bus route for Alhambra.
There is an extra charge for parking, €17 which was not clear on booking, and quite a rude scandinavian/german lady on reception.
All drinks in the mini bar were frozen solid but we still had to pay for same because kids had opened them. Very expensive, so bring your own.
Rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and we would use again due to location in the hope they have replaced receptionist.

Room Tip: go above 2nd floor if to friont of hotel.

If you don´t mind she will send a private message with her apologizes. This is my email if you wish to be more specific on this matter. direccion@hoteles-dauro.com
