Very nice hotel very clean food OK could do with tea/coffee in rooms. The pools have a 75min reservation on beds which is enough time to visit the restaurants etc after that time although you get a ‘parking ticket’ explaining the rules absolutely nothing is done about it. Beds reserved for far longer than that. This needs addressing. The pool attendants are aware of this but appear to have no power to enforce it. Apart from that good stay, nice hotel.

Room tip: Bring your own tea/coffee

The staff are rude and obnoxious they get annoyed with little kids and you feel like they are annoyed with you all the time.
The food is sub standard in the Buffett all inclusive. Eatable that is all!!!
The kids get told off for basically just being kids they get told off for splashing etc says it’s got 9 pools but the kids r only welcome at 1
I feel they cater for the adults an Spanish only
The kids club is very Spanish catering ie they speak Spanish all the time my kids went for 5 mins as they obviously didn’t know what they were talking about. As is the nighttime entertainment.
It looks pretty that’s it!!

Myself, partner and 8 year old son visited the hotel for 5 nights at the start of May. The hotel has a great location on the beach front. The breakfast served daily was excellent and offered a wide variety of food to cater for all tastes. There are a number of pools throughout the complex and we always managed to get a sunbed no matter what time of day. We stayed in a pool view room that consisted of a double and single bed. The room was kept clean throughout our stay however there wasn’t a lot of room and would have been a struggle if staying for much longer. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

We have been here several times before it’s renovation and during etc have lots of lovely memories my daughters got engaged here !
It is now a huge resort not hotel as such
The all inclusive has changed the feel of it and it’s lost it’s lovely feel the staff are no longer friendly etc
The food well breakfast is much the same evening meal wasn’t great then they decided to do a special dinner ! 2 nights exactly the same no salad or veg no soup ?
Then they charged an extra 6 euro to go in ?
So we had to go to the pablo restaurant which is far to big huge in a word not my thing at all
To far to walk between tables and food stations
My hairdryer blew up reported it’ it wasn’t changed power cut on sat night had to use phones as torches!
No water nothing just as everyone was trying to get ready for dinner
Not a word from the staff etc
Even though it looks amazing which it does we won’t be returning it’s far to big now in spending millions you lost its soul such a shame
Disappointed and rather sad
And groups of lads etc in the pool bombing the life guard told them
Several times
Not enough lifts etc

Dear Cheryl,

Thank you for choosing us and for your review.

We are sorry you did not like the Hotel with the changes made since your last visit in 2016.

Regrding the power cut on Saturday was a general problem in the area and all was fixed As soon as our technicians increased the flow rate of the generator to all non essential areas. At 20:45 all was working properly.

The number oif rooms and size of the Complex is teh same as in 2016, we have just modernized the facilities.

Despite all this, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.

Best regards

My sisters and I stayed here from 18th to 28th June 2022. First the positives, beautiful hotel, staff in all areas absolutely wonderful especially Christabus the bar man who remembered our drinks despite the fact there were so many people at the show, great entertainment, now the negatives unfortunately, no kettle or fridge in our rooms, only a cold cabinet, no chance of a cup of tea late into the night or early in the morning there was room service but at a charge, no chance of a sunbed no matter what time you woke up at and I'm an early riser, the premium beds facing the beach were never available despite the rule that beds could only be held for 1 hour and 15 minutes nobody ever removed the towels and people held them all day while they were at the beach, so unfair, there must be a better way to monitor this like no towels unless a person is there or something like that, not good enough, not sure if we would go back, better places with better rules nearby and much cheaper

Dear liznolan1959
Thank you for choosing us and for your review.
We are sorry we did not match your expectations due to some issues during your stay.
we would like to tahnk you for your words to our colleague Christabus and Staff
We have not kettle in the rooms but you can get one, under availability at the reception In the same way I have to tell you that we have a mnibar in all rooms.
Regarding the towels, we have set that rule, that in a lot of Hotels does not exist, because some people go for a while to the pool, to the bar to have a drink, get lunch...
Kind regards
