Stayed here a couple of years ago and due to return at the end of September 2016.
As a party of non-rowdy golfers this conveniently placed establishment serves our purposes very well indeed.
My experience is that this is generally what I would consider a quiet hotel - I'm unable to comment as to how this might change during 'holiday high season'.
The hotel itself is 4* with a touch of 'plus'. The rooms are nice and spacious however the balcony area for the standard rooms is a touch on the small side.
The communal areas are of a good standard, breakfast is more than adequate and the gardens would seem to be well maintained.
Location is good. OK no real sea view to speak of, unless you are either a giraffe in disguise, or you have enough cash to hand to take the penthouse apartment on the roof however its a nice stroll into Puerto Banus.
One point - I understand that general bar prices in this standard of hotel will be greater than that of the local bars, but the price of a G&T was, in my opinion, off the scale. Once bitten, twice shy, we took our custom (12 chaps) to the nearest beach bar for th remainder of the trip. More
