Nice apartment with a roof top terrace. There is enough space for 2, for 4 it would be cramped as there is nowhere to store luggage. It is centrally located in Malaga and everything is in walking distance. The apartment is on the 5th floor so there are many steps up to the apartment, there is no lift (not a like, for info).
We were met at the apartment by the rep and very nice he was too.

On entering the apartment there were a few obvious problems; it smelt very bad (we were informed some work had been done in the bathroom that day), the next obvious point was there was dust everywhere (all over the surfaces of the kitchenette, the bathroom was incredibly dirty too, due to the work that had been done one assumes). This was discussed with the rep who assured us that he would contact the housekeeping and all would be rectified, he also intimated that it would be done that night (we arrived 20.30H). No housekeeping arrived and we were there for 3 nights. The next issue was some of our clothes were unpacked and stored in the wardrobe, when taken out the next day they were dirty too. I happened to look through the window of the apartment below from the stairwell and I had the impression that it was empty and in a bad state of repair, it does happen. But there is an old man living there who has turned his apartment into a pigeon loft and feeds them on cat food, this can be seen from outside (on the street) with the lack of windows, the birds come and go freely, his outbursts of shouting during the night are quite disturbing and it is a shame that he has passed through the social security net. At the weekend the square in front of the theatre becomes a place to go for the ones that can party all night and the pizzeria and the bottom of the apartment block is the go to place and open till 08.00 in the morning, so it is noisy all night. Then at 08.00, the cleaners move in and restore the square back to its best. I did complain to living4malaga about the dirty state of the apartment and request an explanation to why no housekeeping turned up, they failed to respond to 2 x emails. The trip was for a wedding anniversary and we got on with it.
