My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in late July 2018. Everything about our visit was wonderful. The hotel is located on a quiet but central street and is built around a light-filled courtyard. The room was fantastic -- generously sized, high ceilings, nice furnishings, and great air conditioning. The breakfast service was also a nice surprise, both in terms of the variety of pastries, meat, cheeses, fruits, etc. and the beautiful courtyard setting. Hotel staff offered excellent suggestions for restaurants and sight-seeing and took good care of our car while we wandered the city for 2 days. It's a great hotel.

This hotel deserves its reputation- the welcome was friendly and very informative we have had a lovely room all staff are helpful and respectful of privacy. The food is delicious- we started with a rooftop meal on the Balcon the first evening and enjoyed the spanish
Guitarist and watching the sunset and moon rise with delicious food in generous portions and delightful local wines.
Breakfast is a large buffet for such a small hotel and available early so fo us early risers was good - not looking king the weather too hot we were up, fed and out buy 8:30 to catch the quiet streets and shade. There is a large courtyard to sit in if it gets too busy but the joy of only being 2 minutes from the Mezquita with no noise is paradise.

Great hotel. Right in the middle of the hub yet quiet and secluded. Excellent staff, delicate and attentive. Don’t miss dinner on the top terrace, with the sunset illuminating the Mosque/Cathedral. Priceless.

Room tip: Lovely room. Quiet and immaculate.

This small hotel, set just off the Mezquita Square, is beautifully appointed, with an enchanting courtyard, great breakfasts and a dramatic rooftop terrace-bar! Great front desk service and help at all times!

My husband and I stayed at the Balcon as the start to our honeymoon and we were extremely impressed. From the warm welcome at check-in (complete with cold beers), to our beautiful room and the fabulous terrace everything was just wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and the attention to detail superb.
