Gastehaus Weller is a cheap hotel for not very low price. The room looks nice but it is rather dirty. The staff are often absent and they are not friendly. The breakfast is poor and bad quality. WLAN is the only good thing. But don't go there.

Came to stay for 3 weeks. The hotel is quite inexpensive. For 5 EU I had a very
nice breakfast.
the room I got was in the back of one of the houses in which the hotel has rooms.
The door gives very little insulation, so you share the lives of all the other guest
in the floor. And if someone climbs to the 2nd or 3rd floor, you can very well hear it.
The room had a strong smell of some fumigation agents (DDT?) which went away
after a couple of weeks.
I had to argue with the girls at reception in order for them to clean my sheets after
a week. They said OK, but this was not done, and the next day I asked again.
The room was quite cold, even when heating was on. The window cover does not
provide good blocking of light, and the building behind is well lighted overnight,
and full of antennas.

Arrived after having called ahead to advise of late arrival, I was given a door code and my room number - unfortunately I was not told what building the room was in, so I had to try the various doors, also tried to call the "emergency number" on the door only to be told that the number was not in service. Having finally found the right one and got to my room, I was thoroughly disappointed with the cheap old furnishings and the terrible location (ground floor, window out back to courtyard with noisy neighbours. There is no kettle/tea making facilities which is quite poor, and the room had an overall rather grubby feel to it. Noisy neighbours (could hear people upstairs and outside). Wouldn't recommend
