Very friendly and professional staff. The entire hotel and rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The location is really convenient, with easy walking distance to town center, bus and train stations. There is a great cafe with very friendly staff around the corner in the same structure, as well as a small grocery store and gas station/convenience store in the same lot.

My only complaint, as with most hotels I've used recently is the beds are much too soft these days, like an overstuffed giant pillow. Not comfortable and bad for my back. This seems to be an annoying trend and not specific to McDreams, so despite this one issue I would absolutely use McDreams hotel again if I revisit the city.

I come to this hotel for business often. The guy at the front office Kai junkers really does go above and beyond to ensure his guests safety, and comfort. He does an exceptional job. I will be back. Love this hotel and the front office staff Kai junkers
