Our experience was terrific, the staff were very,very helpful on reception for Melinda and Daniel nothing was too much trouble. Naturally the housekeeping was first class.
Staff at breakfast and at dinner, always service with a smile.
Pity that the swimming pool is not in use, could be part of water saving.
Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, great customer service, great facilities. Food on training was excellent, perfectly presented. Bedroom large, comfortable and very clean. Set in a very nice location 15 mins walk to the centre of Krefeld. Would recommend.
I stayed at this hotel recently, with other family members, when we travelled to Krefeld from England for a funeral.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff friendly, sensitive and accommodating and the restaurant food absolutely delicious.
