I stayed here for 5 nights because of Harry Styles Love On Tour! I loved it because the hotel is literally overlooking the Merkur Spiel Arena stage. I was able to see the crew setting up and taking everything down. The service was wonderful! Felt safe there and the room was nice and comfortable.
Special Thank you to Mariya for the Best Service, Derick & Saiyhani! There’s breakfast included with the price and everyone was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely go back for Harry Styles or Lady Gaga if they played again at Merkur Spiel Arena.

Great staff including Husam and Vawad. Superb service, great location… good breakfast. Housekeeping was prompt. Great stadium view if the football…. Quiet rooms although there is a train station below

Although we only spent one night in this hotel as our flight was cancelled I cannot speak more highly of the staff. They were very busy when we arrived. It were very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and adequate with comfortable beds and a great shower. The food was good to say we were not really expected....and the view of the arena was just the icing on the cake Thank you for your kindness
