This hostel was not the best I've stayed in, but it was a good place to stay nonetheless. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The dorms are mostly all big ones though so if you are looking for somewhere private look elsewhere. I believe this is the cheapest hostel in Dusseldorf, and it's worth its price, especially since it comes with breakfast. Breakfast was only white and wheat bread with a toaster, coffee, jam/ nutella/ butter, tea, and sausages, but was nice to have for free. The location is good if you don't mind a short walk into town or a cheap taxi ride. It was quiet at night so sleep was good and the walk to the old town was very easy and only took about 20 minutes. I don't have much to say about the hostel, because nothing about it made me upset and nothing about it made me love it. Just a decent place to stay.
