Oke but dated hotel. Definitely needs to do a major makeover of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel is conventionally located for my visit to the messe. Breakfast was good and i was recognized as a Marriott bonvoy member and received an late checkout and small welcome gift.

Stayed in the hotel from the 19th until the 25th of January. Room 702. My booking was handled by a lady called Leona. She did a great job. If you have any issues, speak to Dustin at the reception, another great gentleman he is. Rooms are clean. The restaurant Waiter staff are amazing. Great service at the bar and the restaurant. They have a great breakfast buffet. The food is great. Thank you to the kitchen team. For sure I will be back.
Courtyard does what it says on the tin! We stay here when travelling to Düsseldorf because of the proximity to the river, parking access and the friendliness of the staff. Public transport access links are pretty good from here also. Yes the hotel is a little dated in decor but that really does not bother us.

This hotel is conveniently located because it's a short walk from the Am Seestern transit stop, which is the end of the line. That line leaves every 20 minutes. I noticed that it didn't run on Sunday, the day I left.
The hotel is clean and smells like a Courtyard! If you've been in other Courtyard hotels, you will know what I mean.
When I checked in to the hotel and found my way to the room, I noticed that there were two towels neatly stacked on the bed, in addition to the towels in the bathroom. There was also a small bag of macaroons and a water as a welcome gift for Gold status, which was very nice.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all pump bottles but at the sink, the hotel still provides bar soap. The bathtub is very high, so I advise being careful when entering. There is only a glass screen covering half the length of the bathtub and nothing else so also be careful with splashing during a shower.
I tried to do work on my laptop but I found the internet in the hotel to be very slow, almost prohibitively so. I mentioned this in my feedback to the hotel and they responded that they would fix it.
Very nice spacious room, with nice bed. Great breakfast in the morning and friendly staff.
The hotel is a bit outside the center, but the tram-metro is 2 minutes walk, and within 15 minutes you are in the center.
