..and I have lived in and traveled quite extensively around Germany. The cut is just the right thickness, and the breading is thin enough that it does not get to soggy or too dry after frying. The schnitzel itself is a 5/5.
The beer is ok. What I am not pleased with was the waiter. In this region, the wait staff would usually mark how many beer (especially Kölsch) you have on the back of a coaster. My waiter marked two glasses when he had only brought me one. I noticed that after he served the beer and I waved him back to question him. He finally took the over that I haven't ordered off. No apology, just matter-of-factly crossing it out.
