We stayed here for 2 nights right at the opening of the christkindlmarkt or christmas markets and it was a very busy time. Busy in terms of occupancy rates throughout the city. To be honest we looked for downtown hotels but could not find many with decent rooms available for at least double the price we paid at Dirazi. So a slightly longer walk to/from the old town centre was on the books for us.
We walked from the HB(main station) with ease taking a look along the way at the high rise buildings of the nearby financial centre all shrouded in low level clouds typical of the season.
Nice quiet street Niedenau is and we missed Dirazi and walked straight past although we were keen on following the house numbers its that well hidden in plain sight. A small plaque with its name on is the only giveaway.
Inside the tight but well decorated corridor there was a cosy warm feeling and the host quickly ushered us to our room which turned out to be much nicer than expected: fairly large for such a smallish house, very well equipped(it even had a kitchen corner) large comfortable bed facing tall windows that led into the small terrace slightly higher up than the sidewalk. Now that was a really nice touch and i guess in the warmer season it would be a splendid place to have a cup of tea or breakfast lounging on the garden furniture supplied.
Bathroom fitted out with all modern requirements and all else clean and neat. Plenty of storage space meant the smallish desk and the space around the bed could be kept free of clutter.
We didnt have breakfast on the premises so we cannot comment on this subject but there was a selection of menu that had to be arranged around 7am at the latest so they could fix it in time.
We spent most of the day walking to the centre and we usually got back late in the afternoon and although the walk itself proved quite long, the setting of this guesthouse smack in the middle of a residential area close to the financial centre made for a pleasant walk that we never got tired of.
As much as we liked the feel of the persian looking decor of this guesthouse (even the name has a specific resonance to it) we also enjoyed the low key aspect of it so we had the feel each time upon our return that we were going into our own private Frankfurt home.
The only nag we could point out is the common (at least for Franconia and Bavaria) and annoying custom of the german housekeeping to barge in with their master key oblivious to the fact that we were still in the room.
If you travel by car i think a parking place would not be difficult to find since the one way street has parked cars lined up on both sides.

Room Tip: the room with terrace...might be too noisy for some with the windows open...

Wonderful room with large bathroom on a quiet street. A bit of a walk from the touristy spots which is fine by me. I wish I had more time in Frankfurt and would stay here again.

Did not have time for breakfast, but there was a good selection. Room rate was reasonable and had no issue paying with Visa.

This is a very good guesthouse in downtown Frankfurt. Location is good for walking around the city. The room was very clean and well decorated.

The most notable aspect was the silence - it was a very quiet stay.

Stopped here for 1 night in Frankfurt with D. The hotel was very easy to locate is a nice quiet lcoation near the banking district. There is an English pub just around the corner and also a Italian restaurant next to it.

We arrived late and so were given a passcode to access the building and our room. The building is very nice and the entrance was grand and immaculately kept. Especially liked the decorations (eastern influenced).

Our room was located on the first floor with big double doors that leads to an outside seating area. It was cold when we were there so didn't make use of this. The bedroom is a good size with nice double bed. The kitchenette is located directly next to the bedroom and then the bathroom with no bath but a separate shower.

Breakfast can be ordered the night before and they will bring it to your room. I didn't see a restaurant so not sure if there's anywhere to eat in house. Also I didnt see a pool or gym, so can't comment.

Overall a nice accommodation, very clean and quiet. I would definately go back as the location is excellent and it's located about 5 mins walk to the Main Station (Hauptbanhof).

We stayed here the night before we flew home. The room was great and we had access to an outdoor seating area to enjoy. The owner or manager was professional...wasn't really friendly until we left the next day but was helpful in offering some recommendations for us to see/eat.

The really weird thing was that someone quietly peeked into our room without knocking. We think it was the cleaning staff. We were packing (luckily) but could've been awkward. We didn't mention it to the manager, which was our own error in hindsight.
