As we always stay in the Park Inn Radisson Blu Hotel Alexanderplatz on any holiday to Berlin the Prenzlauer Berg district is only a short ride away,it's an area packed with pubs,bars and restaurants and Cliff's Of Dooneen Irish Pub is always a pub we drop into as it serves some of the best guinness in Berlin and at just over €4 a pint it's great value for money.
The pub is really cosy with all the Irish bric a brac you would expect to find in a good Irish pub,great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options both inside and outside looking out into the busy and bustling streets around this wonderful pub.
We were here on a Saturday night were we ordered a pint of guinness each ,as it was a hot night all the seats outside were full so we settled down inside with our pints and my twin brother Stephen and I enjoyed the football on the TV and supped our guinness.
This is a pub I have been to on many occasions and with each visit the pub gets better and better.
The guinness was iced cold and really cooling on a hot night and we ended up staying here for another one before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time.
Cliff's Of Dooneen is really easy to locate by jumping tram number M1 or M10 to stop Husemannstraße were you will find this pub on Husemannstraße .
Opening hours are;
Monday to Thursday,5pm till 2am.
Friday to Sunday,Midday till 2am.
A great pub in a fine location and well worth checking out.
