I was traveling with my son in Berlin for 3 nights. I booked two twin beds instead we got one bed. When I pointed out hotel receptionist that I booked two twin beds he just answered “We don’t have one.” And continued to look into his PC screen like we were not even there in front of him. He did not even say “I’m sorry or “I apologize” – no, nothing. Ok, so about the “room” which hardly even qualifies to that word. I mean – it’s extremely small. I would rather use wording like corner not a room. Imagine – if you can – if there are two persons in that room than in order to move around it one should either walk into bathroom or lay in bed. Because it’s against any physics to move around that “room”/corner for two persons in same time. And I was with my kid. Now, also notice that this “room” doesn’t have air-conditioner and if it happens that you are traveling in summer and you got “room” on 6th floor (roof above it) and its hot outside than everything you got is this small desk fan that could maybe impress some confused bugs that would fly in opened window, but that’s about it. Two good thing was that firstly about cleaning this corner – it was done properly and no complains about that and secondly internet was quite fast and secured. About breakfast – well, don’t believe that picture. You won’t get strawberries and you won’t get croissant too. And if you like British breakfast with cooked bacon and sausages than you won’t get them too. Good news is that right next to this place there is a shopingmarket Aldi where you can buy more delicious stuff for your breakfast than this hotel offers.
I give two stars because one goes for a roof with some heating and water system. It was more than that but not 3 stars.
