This is a clean, quiet hotel in a very convenient location near trains, busses and tramway. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc abound. The price is very reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Hi this hotel has a great central location, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the WiFi works well. I can highly recommend. Try the breakfast it is good value.

We got two very big room, the rooms were clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. this is our second visit in three years and we loved to see that nothing change - great value for your money. Best location close to public transportation and in the Mitte neighborhood one of the best in Berlin

I chose this hotel only because its location and the fact that the room was supposed to have a fridge. Well, the fridge was not working (at all) and we complained about every day for 6 days, in vain. The staff from recepcion didn´t seem to care and kept saying they would call for a tech support the next day. Other than that it had no heating and the windows are too big with a not funcional curtain (the light from the street light and daylight made it impossible to sleep without a mask). The location is good but there is a lot of hotels in the area. They had two beds joined together with separated linen and duvet. No showecap. The room service was terrible, they didn´t care to wash or replace the dirty cups. Matress and pillow was not good. Wouldn´t stay again.

This had a mixed feeling of a tourist hotel and a business hotel. It had all the amenities one could wish -- especially tons of shelf and counter space. They do service washes. Our room was right above the sign for the hotel, but there was no appreciable noise from the street. The breakfast was lovely, and the statue in the breakfast atrium fascinates me. A series of posters explained the history of the hotel, especially leading up to World War II and after. We pretty much exhausted ourselves with a day at the museums, and there were many restaurants to choose from in the evening.
