Location: Superb. Right in the center of town. Across the street from the train station with access to all other points in town.
Service: Great and friendly. The young staff there will do whatever they can to help make your stay comfortable though they look so unhappy!
Rooms: Small but very nice decor much like the entrance/lobby area.
Food is not bad.
My biggest problems were the noise and the bed bugs. I complained to the manager who was embarassed but blew me off. There isn't one room where you don't hear the train so if you're a light sleeper, go for it. I was covered in bed bug bites the 2nd day there. When I complained about that, the manager told me that it's impossible because the hotel was only a year old. (newsflash---it takes one nasty person ONE day to infest a room). nothing changed on the 3rd day, I left on the 4th!
One more problem/recomendation: Do not leave money in the room, because the chamber maid will take it assuming it's a tip. (She took the money which was ok but also got rid of a very important note too that I had written on a notepad!). It's too bad, I would have stayed there a month on a business trip had they handled the bed bug issue because it's really a great hotel with decent staff and good value for the money! Train didn't bother me so much...
